She does have an emotion chip that she can turn on and off herself and is powered by a combination of a positronic brain and a bio neural gel pack. | |

| Personal History | Codi is the result of a long term project of Ewan Barker to replicate the work of Doctor Soong using both the Doctor's research and that of Bruce Maddox, she is meant to be an improvement on the Soong type of android. Her development was met with a great amount of scepticism in the Federation and meant that she was largely developed through unofficial channels. |
