View Award - Order of Honor
The Order of Honor is awarded to Starfleet personnel who participated in a mission in cooperation with or under the guidance of a Foreign government. This Award is granted to those who participated in such mission that endangered the recipient through life or limb as a result of armed conflict with another power or entity which was directly opposed to the success of the mission. This award is issued on the behalf of a foreign government.
