Mission: Secrets

Marius left the conference room in a hurry, trying to figure out what their next move should be. He was thankful that he had a very capable crew, and if anyone had a chance of figuring out how to find the Admiral... they would.

He strode into his ready room, and took a second to order a drink before sitting behind his desk, staring blankly at the computer screen before him. With a sigh, he began to type:

Subject: Urgent: Kidnapping of Admiral Christopher Bradley

I am writing to inform you of a grave situation that has recently unfolded here at Starbase Obsidian. Admiral Christopher Bradley has been kidnapped from our sickbay by a race known as the Synthulans. The operation was executed with remarkable precision; they were able to beam him off the station without physically entering our facility and despite our shields being active.

As of now, our security teams are investigating the breach in our systems that allowed this to occur. Initial scans suggest that the Synthulans employed advanced technology capable of bypassing our shields, a method we are currently unable to counter.

We are in the process of developing a plan to locate and rescue Admiral Bradley. Given the circumstances and the potential implications of this incident, I recommend a thorough review of our security protocols across all Starfleet installations. The Synthulans are not a known threat, and their capabilities warrant immediate attention.

I will keep you updated as more information becomes available. Our priority is to ensure Admiral Bradley’s safe return.
