Location: Obsidian, Main Engineering Bay 1

"Shit! Holy hell...." David looked at the mountains of debris left over by the war with the Xaj and shook his head. The dim emergency lights they'd been able to coax on hadn't shown a whole lot of encouraging signs--one thing they had revealed was an intact industrial replication machine.

Thank God for small favors. Basically, they could use it to fabricate what they needed for a proper Engineering Bay, and go from there. The materials were right in front of them, once they got the recyclers built for the replication machine.

"Hot damn, Ramirez, bring in those portable generators, bring that thing online. We've got work to do. I've got to talk to Commander Haines."
