Mission:
Obsidian
Location: Chief intelligence office
ON:
One thing Aurelia was good at was being able to access all areas of the station and disguise herself well enough that no one would ever know it was her. She was deeply involved with those groups that would see the Federation fall.
The night before she had listened to several conversations within her restaurant. There was excitement in the air, talk about changes coming and the fall of the Feseration. She listened carefully, out herself in the right places and gained some information that she knew would help Captain Pontmercy and his team.
There were two groups of people who were dedicated to destroying the Federations ties with the Klingons and they were going to make their love at the Summit less than two months away. They had gained access to General Jackson’s DNA, twice. Each group had it in case the other one failed. Aurelia had managed to gain access to their locations and when they planned to put their plan in action. Aurelia had double checked it before she chose to pass it on.
Aurelia had weighed taking it to Admiral Bradley but instead, she disguised herself and slipped into the Chief intelligence office and left it on her desk. Lieutenant V’Lar had gone with the team and rescued General Jackson. She was the one who needed the information that was on that card immediately. Aurelia knew that the intelligence chief would double check it all, she would expect no less. The information was accurate and they needed to move quickly.
Once Aurelia left the card for V’Lar to find, she headed back through the station, leaving a path that wouldn’t be traceable. She wished the team luck on their journey or rather teams. Captain Pontmercy was going to have no choice but to send everyone he could. The future of the Federation depended on it.
Aurelia was relieved when she was back in her restaurant and no one was the wiser. She had to keep her ears open in case any new developments came along. Her mission at the moment was to find out any details she could to help this team if their were any changes in the enemies plans. Starbase Obsidian was considered a safe place for their enemies to congregate and talk about details. Aurelia wasn’t concerned that they would catch on to her, this wasn’t the only place their enemies were talking. They wanted to be ready to move in when the time came.
Aurelia smiled when the Ferengi couple from next door came in for something to eat. She grabbed them their usual drinks and headed over to greet them.
