Mission: Obsidian

On:

Yujas Ritt piloted the shuttle on its way to the Starbase Obsidian. When he got the orders, it rather surprised him as he had been pretty much been blacklisted from most positions in Starfleet. It had taken some doing to get this assignment but it would be worth it especially given his race. As a Cardassian, his assignment was two-fold. One he was a security officer for Obeidian and two he was also to act as a liaison between Starfleet and the Cardassian’s should the need arise and with Obsidian being so close to the conflict, he was feeling pretty confident that a situation like that may indeed arise.

After asking for permission to dock and being denied at the moment. all he could do wait and see if the powers that be would allow him onboard. Drumming his fingers on the control panel for the next few hours as he waited did little to soften his exterior and he wished they’d hurry the hell up.
